In yet another initiative under Community Development , North Karanpura distributed 250 smokeless chulha in nearby village of Naiparam & Dunduwa under Kalyanpur Panchayat.

This Smokeless Chulha is a boon for village women as it is not only healthy for them in comparison to traditional chulha but  will protect the environment also

NTPC has always focused on holistic community development works. Welfare of Women of project affected villages is key focus area under community development initiatives.
